The Strawberry Dottyback more common name is the Magenta Dottyback. A 30 gallon or larger aquarium should be provided. It may become aggressive towards other Pseudochromis or fish with similar body shapes. It is easy to keep in an aquarium when provided with numerous hiding places.
The diet consists of meaty foods such as brine shrimp and prepared frozen foods. Foods should be enriched and varied in order to preserve its beautiful coloration.
