We have received several questions recently about our preorder policy and as a result felt it was necessary to organize those answers in one location.

WHY CAN’T I SEE THE PRODUCTS?

This is because you are not logged in, or because we do not have any Preorder Shipments scheduled currently.

IF I ORDER A FISH AND IT ARRIVES DOA TO YOU, DO I PAY?

Yes and No. If you request a refund for an unfulfilled preorder item it is subject to a 5% fee. If you request store credit, you will have the full amount credited to your account for use on a future purchase. This applies to preorder items unfulfilled for any reason. 

 DO YOU REPACKAGE PRIOR TO SHIPPING?

Yes, all preorders are acclimated into our systems and then later locally picked up or shipped out from our system. You will receive water from our system - not water from the original source. 

WILL YOU HOLD XYZ ITEM FOR XYZ TIME?
All preorder shipments must be picked up or shipped within 7 days of arrival to the store.

 WILL YOU MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO LIVESTOCK DOA COVERAGE FOR ME?

Unfortunately we cannot provide the discounted prices and also provide livestock coverage on the preorder items. If you would like DOA coverage on your inverts, contact us to pay additional for invert coverage. We will not provide any coverage on fish. No Exceptions. 

Additional Information; 
Unless there is an error, the Price listed is the TOTAL PRICE you will pay excl tax, to receive that item. (This excludes additional shipping charges that may apply)

Provided there are no Visible signs of disease or illness, all Orders will be required to be picked up or shipped within 7 days of arrival.

If not picked up or shipped, Items will be subject to a holding fee or order cancelation fee.

All Preordered products will be requested from our supplier. This does not guarantee we will receive the item, if we do not receive the requested item, we will either provide a refund minus 5% pre tax value, or provide a full credit for use on a future order. (We will also provide the option to reorder the item on the next shipment where available).(This applies if the item is DOA to us as well)

There is no choice for Gender, Size, or colour on any preorder item unless specified on the product page. (ie. You cannot purchase a fish and request a specific sex.)

All Livestock here is discounted, as a result, we do not provide any livestock coverage for ANY item ordered from this list.
