What are we doing about COVID 19?
During this uncertain time we have had to stop shipping to customers and are only able to do local pickups. The shipping companies we do business with have suspended their one day guarantees, making it too risky to ship livestock. We are able to do local pickup in Kamloops, Barriere, Clearwater or anywhere in between. We are still offering technology and dry products as long as supplies last, however your shipment could take longer than normal to arrive.
We will be short on inventory until further notice.
You can still place orders through the store! We are happy to hold your livestock for you until we are able to ship once again, and we will even give you weekly updates on your purchase.

Where are you located?
Our new warehouse is located just outside of Kamloops, British Columbia.
Can I visit your Warehouse?
At this time our warehouse is not open to the public due to liability reasons. However we do understand the importance of making an informed buying decision, especially when it comes to live animals. That's why we will provide you with personalized photos and videos of our livestock upon request. This way you can see exactly what you are purchasing.

How does local pickup work?
If you live near Kamloops, Barriere or Clearwater British Columbia and would like to pickup your package directly from us, please choose "LOCAL PICKUP" as your shipping option at checkout. You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please reply to the email, the date, time and address of your chosen pickup location. You may choose any location between Kamloops and Clearwater. NOTE: We do not deliver to your door, the location you choose must be a public place. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you do tank installations?
We do not have the capacity to do tank installations at this time. We suggest you speak with your local fish store for these inquiries.

We love to talk aquariums with our customers! We are experienced and knowledgeable about many topics related to saltwater aquariums, including setup/cycling, species compatibility, hardware and much more.
